1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products and the seasonal demands of lawn care, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products once they have been shipped, unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly fulfilled.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We will require:

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the product and packaging

  • Your order number or invoice

We will review your claim and may offer a replacement product or refund at our sole discretion.

3. How to Submit a Request

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Items not purchased directly through allturflawncare.ca

5. Refunds (if approved)

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
